- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix tomato sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, mushrooms, bell peppers, olives, and pepperoni. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into equal squares or rectangles.
- Spoon a portion of the filling onto one side of each pastry piece, leaving space around the edges.
- Fold the pastry over the filling to create a half-moon or rectangular shape, sealing edges with a fork.
- Brush with egg wash and transfer to the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes, garnish with fresh basil and extra Parmesan, and serve.
