- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare Tomatoes: Rinse and dry the tomatoes. Spread them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Season: Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and minced garlic. Add fresh thyme sprigs.
