- 4 brioche buns
- 2 tbsp butter, softened
- ½ tsp garlic powder

- Add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes until pink and opaque.
- Drain and transfer shrimp to an ice bath to stop cooking.
- Once cooled, pat dry and chop into bite-sized pieces.

- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, celery, chives, parsley, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Add hot sauce if using.

- Fold the chopped shrimp into the dressing.
- Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

- Slice buns and butter the cut sides.
- Toast on a skillet over medium heat until golden brown.
