    • 2 tbsp butter, softened
    • ½ tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  • Prepare the Shrimp:

    • Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
    • Add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes until pink and opaque.
    • Drain and transfer shrimp to an ice bath to stop cooking.
    • Once cooled, pat dry and chop into bite-sized pieces.
  • Make the Dressing:

    • In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, celery, chives, parsley, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
    • Add hot sauce if using.
  • Combine:

    • Fold the chopped shrimp into the dressing.
    • Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  • Prepare the Brioche Buns:

    • Slice buns and butter the cut sides.
    • Toast on a skillet over medium heat until golden brown.
  • Assemble the Rolls:

    • Fill each toasted bun with the shrimp mixture.
