- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 12 slider buns
- 6 slices American cheese, halved
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
- 12 pickle slices
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) if toasting the buns.
- Prepare the Beef Mixture: In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
- Shape and Cook the Patties: Form 12 small patties slightly larger than the slider buns. Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Add the Cheese: While still on the skillet, place a half-slice of American cheese on each patty and let it melt.
- Toast the Buns (Optional): Lightly butter the slider buns and toast them in the oven for 5 minutes. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top if using.
- Assemble the Sliders: Place each patty on the bottom bun, add a pickle slice, ketchup, and mustard as desired. Cover with the top bun.
- Serve Immediately: Enjoy hot and fresh!
