- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken – Season the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning on both sides.
- Sear the Chicken – Heat butter or olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté Aromatics – In the same skillet, add chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant and softened.
- Make the Sauce – Reduce heat to low and add chicken broth and cream cheese. Stir continuously until the cream cheese is melted and forms a smooth sauce.
- Combine & Simmer – Return the seared chicken to the skillet, coating it with the sauce. Cover and let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Add Final Touches – Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese (if using) and garnish with fresh parsley.
