Description

Instructions

  • Cook the Bacon: Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the bacon until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
  • Toast the Bread: Toast your bread in a toaster or in the same skillet with butter for added flavor.
  • Cook the Egg: In the skillet, cook the egg to your preferred doneness. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Melt the Cheese: Place cheese on the egg in the last minute of cooking, covering with a lid to melt.
  • Assemble the Sandwich: Spread mayonnaise or butter on one side of the toasted bread. Layer with bacon, egg with melted cheese, and optional toppings like avocado or tomato.

 

  • Finish & Serve: Place the second slice of bread on top, press gently, and enjoy immediately.
