Growing up, I always had a passion for food, but it wasn’t until I spent countless hours in the kitchen with my grandmother that I truly discovered my love for cooking. My grandmother was an incredible cook, and she taught me everything I know about how food brings people together, nourishes our bodies, and fuels our lives. She instilled in me the idea that food isn't just about eating—it's about enjoying every bite while taking care of yourself.

As I got older, I realized that my love for food could become my life's work. I became a registered dietitian, health writer, and recipe developer. Now, as a mom of two, I continue to embrace the lessons my grandmother taught me, creating meals that are simple, nutritious, and always made with love.
