Description

Ingredients

  • 1 package crescent roll dough
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 12 tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a pizza pan or baking sheet.
  2. Unroll crescent roll dough and press seams together to form a solid sheet. Use a rolling pin if needed to smooth it out.
  3. Brush melted butter generously over the dough.
  4. In a small bowl, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon.
  5. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the buttered dough.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and the sugar caramelizes.
  7. While baking, whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth to prepare the glaze.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes.
  9. Drizzle glaze over warm cinnamon sugar pizza.
  10. Slice and serve warm.
