Description
A quick and easy cinnamon sugar pizza made with crescent roll dough, topped with caramelized cinnamon sugar and a sweet glaze. Perfect for a last-minute dessert!

- 1 package crescent roll dough
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tbsp milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a pizza pan or baking sheet.
- Unroll crescent roll dough and press seams together to form a solid sheet. Use a rolling pin if needed to smooth it out.
- Brush melted butter generously over the dough.
- In a small bowl, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the buttered dough.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and the sugar caramelizes.
- While baking, whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth to prepare the glaze.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes.
- Drizzle glaze over warm cinnamon sugar pizza.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
- Storage: Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 2 days or refrigerate for up to 5 days.
- Reheating: Warm in a 300°F oven for 5 minutes or microwave for 10-15 seconds.
- Variations: Add nuts, swap for cream cheese glaze, drizzle with chocolate or caramel, or add apple slices before baking.
