- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar

- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan with butter or non-stick spray.
- In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon for the swirl. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, then add milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Whisk to combine.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just incorporated. Avoid overmixing.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the batter.
- Pour the remaining batter over the top and finish with the remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Use a knife to gently swirl the cinnamon-sugar through the batter.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Slice and enjoy warm or at room temperature.
