  • Yield: 12 bars 1x

Description

Dulce de Leche Cheesecake Bars combine a buttery graham cracker crust, creamy cheesecake filling, and a rich dulce de leche swirl for a decadent dessert. Easy to make and perfect for any occasion, these bars offer the ultimate balance of sweetness and texture.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup dulce de leche, divided
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press firmly into a lined 9×9-inch baking pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden. Let cool.
  2. Make the Cheesecake Filling: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each. Stir in vanilla, salt, and flour until well combined.
  3. Assemble and Bake: Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cooled crust. Warm 1/2 cup dulce de leche with heavy cream, then drizzle over the batter. Swirl with a toothpick or knife. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the center is just set.
  4. Cool and Chill: Allow to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Slice and Serve: Cut into bars and drizzle with remaining dulce de leche before serving.
