Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press firmly into a lined 9×9-inch baking pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden. Let cool.
- Make the Cheesecake Filling: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each. Stir in vanilla, salt, and flour until well combined.
- Assemble and Bake: Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cooled crust. Warm 1/2 cup dulce de leche with heavy cream, then drizzle over the batter. Swirl with a toothpick or knife. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the center is just set.
- Cool and Chill: Allow to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Slice and Serve: Cut into bars and drizzle with remaining dulce de leche before serving.
