Ingredients

Scale
  • Filling:
    • 1 lb ground beef
    • ½ cup onion, diced
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    • ½ tsp salt
    • ¼ tsp black pepper
    • 1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed or shredded
  • Dough:
    • 1 can biscuit dough or pizza dough
  • Topping:
    • 4 tbsp butter, melted
    • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
    • ½ tsp garlic powder
    • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • Prepare the Filling: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion until browned. Drain excess grease.
  • Season the Beef: Stir in garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1–2 more minutes, then remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  • Prepare the Dough: Roll out the biscuit or pizza dough into small, even circles.
  • Assemble the Bombs: Add a spoonful of the beef mixture onto each dough circle. Top with cheddar cheese.
  • Seal the Dough: Fold and pinch the edges to fully enclose the filling, forming a ball.
  • Prepare the Topping: Mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley.
  • Coat the Bombs: Brush each dough ball with the garlic butter mixture and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  • Bake: Arrange on a lined baking sheet. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–20 minutes, until golden brown.
  • Serve: Let cool for a few minutes, then enjoy with your favorite dipping sauces like ketchup, ranch, or barbecue sauce.

Notes

  • Spicy Kick: Add jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce.
  • Cheese Options: Use mozzarella, pepper jack, or Swiss.
  • Bacon Lovers: Mix crispy bacon bits into the beef.
  • Healthier Alternative: Use whole wheat dough or ground turkey.
  • Vegetarian Version: Substitute beef with sautéed mushrooms, black beans, or a meat alternative.
