Description

Easy Strawberry Cheesecake Rolls are a quick and delicious treat made with creamy cheesecake filling and fresh strawberries, wrapped in flaky crescent roll dough. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or dessert, these rolls come together in just 25 minutes!


Ingredients

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • ½ cup powdered sugar

 

  • 1 tbsp milk

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Prepare the filling: In a bowl, mix cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Add strawberries: Gently fold diced strawberries into the mixture.
  • Roll out the dough: Separate crescent roll dough into individual triangles.
  • Fill & roll: Spread a small amount of the cream cheese mixture onto each triangle, leaving a border. Roll up from the wider end, tucking in the filling.
  • Bake: Place on the baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  • Make the glaze: Mix powdered sugar with milk until smooth.

 

  • Drizzle & serve: Pour the glaze over warm rolls and enjoy!
