    • 2 garlic cloves, minced
    • 1 cup heavy cream
    • 1/2 cup chicken or beef broth
    • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/4 tsp black pepper
    • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

Preparing the Steak Bites:

  1. Cut steak into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Sear steak bites for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and crispy. Remove from pan.
  5. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add fresh parsley.
  6. Return steak bites to the pan, tossing to coat in garlic butter. Remove from heat.

Cooking the Creamy Parmesan Pasta:

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water.
  2. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
  3. Add heavy cream and broth, stirring to combine.

  5. Toss in cooked pasta, adding reserved pasta water if needed.
