- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup white or brown rice

- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the Beef: In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.
- Sauté the Aromatics: Add chopped onions and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.
- Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef mixture, rice, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings. Stir well.
- Prepare the Baking Dish: Lightly grease a casserole dish and pour the mixture into it.
- Bake: Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Add Cheese: Remove foil, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top, and bake uncovered for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve: Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
