Instructions

- Return the Chicken: Place chicken back into the skillet, ensuring it is partially submerged in broth. Cover and cook until orzo is tender and chicken is cooked through (internal temp 165°F).
- Finish the Dish: Drizzle with lemon juice, sprinkle with feta cheese, and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Serve & Garnish: Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
