- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tbsp honey

- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 8 oz noodles (spaghetti, rice noodles, or ramen)
- 1/2 cup carrots, julienned
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (optional, for thickening)
Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Slice chicken, mince garlic and ginger, and chop vegetables.
- Cook Chicken: Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté Aromatics: In the same pot, sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
- Make Sauce: Stir in honey, soy sauce, chicken broth, and red pepper flakes. Bring to a simmer.
- Cook Noodles: Add noodles to the pot, ensuring they are submerged. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender.
- Add Vegetables & Chicken: Stir in carrots, bell peppers, and cooked chicken. Cook for a few more minutes until veggies are tender-crisp.
- Thicken Sauce (Optional): Mix cornstarch with water and stir into the pot, allowing it to thicken.
- Finish & Serve: Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot and enjoy!
