Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: Slice the beef into thin strips if not pre-cut. Dice the onion and cut the bell peppers into strips.
- Sear the Beef: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Brown beef strips on both sides for a few minutes to seal in flavor. Transfer to the crock pot.
- Add Vegetables and Seasonings: Add onions, bell peppers, and garlic to the crock pot. Pour in beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar. Stir to combine.
