    • 1 tbsp lime juice
    • 1 small jalapeño (optional)
    • 1 clove garlic
    • 1/2 tsp honey
    • 1/4 tsp salt
  • For Assembly:
    • 8 small tortillas (corn or flour)
    • 1/4 cup diced red onion
    • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
    • 1 cup shredded cabbage (red or green)
    • 2 radishes, thinly sliced
    • 1/4 cup crumbled cotija or feta cheese
    • Extra lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Salmon
    • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat a grill to medium-high heat.
    • In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
    • Rub the marinade generously over the salmon fillets.
    • Bake for 12-15 minutes or grill for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through.
    • Let rest for a few minutes before flaking into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Make the Avocado Crema
    • Blend avocado, Greek yogurt, cilantro, lime juice, jalapeño (if using), garlic, honey, and salt in a food processor until smooth.
    • Add a splash of water if needed for desired consistency. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  3. Assemble the Tacos
    • Warm tortillas on a skillet or directly over an open flame.
    • Spread avocado crema on each tortilla.
    • Top with flaked salmon, shredded cabbage, diced red onion, cherry tomatoes, and radish slices.
    • Sprinkle with cotija or feta cheese.
    • Finish with lime juice and fresh cilantro. Serve immediately and enjoy!
